QuadFang is a brand of AZ Custom Knives Ltd. This page covers quadfang.com: the field testing pages, the Hunt Gallery, the contact form and the newsletter box.
It says what we collect, why we have it, who can see it, and how to make us delete it. If something here is not clear, email us and ask.
If you apply to field test. Your name, email, country and province or state. Your bow type, draw weight, arrow weight, the broadhead you shoot now, and the tags you hold this season. Confirmation that you are 18 or older, and that we may email you about your application. Anything you type in the notes box.
If we take you on, we then ask for a shipping address so we can send heads. We do not ask for it on the form and we do not hold one for people we have not accepted.
If you file a field report. The email you applied with, so we can match the report to your heads. The hunt date, species, province or state, shot distance and broadhead model. What the head did: pass‑through, bone hit, recovery distance, blood at impact, whether you got the head back and what condition it was in. Your notes. Photos, if you attach them.
If you make a Hunt Gallery account. A display name, and the email and password you sign in with. Anything you post: photos, video, caption, species, location, bow and broadhead details, comments and likes.
If you use the contact form or the newsletter box. The contact form takes your name, email and message. The newsletter box takes an email address, nothing else.
We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third‑party trackers, and the site sets no cookies of its own. The field report form keeps a draft in your own browser so a dropped signal does not eat your work. That draft stays on your device and is cleared when the report sends. Signing in to the Hunt Gallery stores a session in your browser so you stay signed in.
We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
Inside the business: the owner and staff whose accounts are marked admin or partner. Nobody else has a way in.
Applications and field reports are not public. They are stored so that the public site can write to them but cannot read them back. We checked this from outside on 28 August 2026: a request for the application or report tables from an ordinary visitor is refused.
Companies that handle the data for us:
What you submit goes to our Supabase project in Canada and stays there. Until 10 September 2026 the site also sent a copy of every application, report and contact message to a United States notification service. That is gone. The code that did it has been deleted and the app on your phone replaces itself with the new version when you open it.
GitHub, Google and jsDelivr are United States companies. They serve the pages, the fonts and one script, so they see your IP address and your browser, and nothing you typed into a form.
Hunt Gallery posts. Nothing appears until a person here approves it. Once approved, the post and its photos are visible to anyone visiting the page.
The photo files are not public. They sit in a private store that nobody can browse or list, and the page shows them through a link that is signed for one hour at a time. The database will only sign a file that belongs to an approved post, so once a post is taken down no new link can be made for its photos and the last one stops working within the hour. If you want a photo gone for good, ask us and we will delete the file itself.
When you upload, the form asks you to confirm the content is yours and to let us use, display and share it on our website and our social media. That is the permission we work from, and it is the same wording you agreed to on the upload form. Ask us and we will stop using a photo.
Field reports. Never published. There is no box to tick and the form does not ask for a name to put on one. Every report is filed as private and stays that way. If that ever changes we will ask you first, on the form, before you send anything.
Email info@azcustomknives.com from the address you signed up with and tell us what you want removed: your application, your reports, your gallery account and photos, the newsletter, or all of it.
We do it by hand, so give us a few working days, and we will email you when it is done. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold on you.
Two honest limits. If you have been sent heads, we keep the record of what was issued to whom, because that is a product safety record. And once a report has been published on the site under a name you approved, taking it down does not reach copies other people already made.
Field testing is for bowhunters 18 or older. The site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
If we change what we collect or who handles it, we change this page and move the date at the top. There is no archive of old versions; the page you are reading is the current one.
Write to info@azcustomknives.com or use the contact form. A person reads it.
